A strategic tool for better decisions, smoother delivery. At OHareTEP, scaled CAD drawings aren’t just for show - they’re a key part of how we de-risk, de-clutter, and de-stress your production. We use precise 2D and 3D layouts to map out every critical element of your event space - from rigging and screens to stage builds and crew movement - well before load-in. These plans allow us to identify technical conflicts, access challenges, sightline issues, and spatial inefficiencies early - so we can fix them on paper, not onsite. They also ensure every stakeholder - from venue teams to scenic suppliers - is aligned and working from the same clear picture, reducing ambiguity and eliminating surprises. When it’s time to build, OHareTEP takes the lead - coordinating crews, managing suppliers, and ensuring every element is installed to spec and on schedule. Once the build is complete, OHareTEP shifts seamlessly into showcalling - directing the technical crew through rehearsals and live delivery.

A flexible, purpose-built space for virtual & hybrid events. TEP Studio is our in-house production space - designed specifically to meet the evolving needs of virtual and hybrid events. Built by OHareTEP to offer maximum flexibility, the studio is fully equipped for live streaming, remote contributions, video editing, and professional-grade audio mixing and mastering.
